I finally had the chance to do a photoshoot at St. Edwards Park in Austin, and it's crazy just how much variety you can get there! Not to mention that I had a really great couple to take photos of.
Kyle and Lauren first met in high school and started dating later after college. They unexpectedly reconnected when Lauren ran into Kyle's sister, and she then set them up for a few double dates. By the way, Lauren had a secret crush on Kyle back in high school!
Their proposal story:
"November, we went on a trip to Garner State Park, and after a long day of hiking, he made a bonfire for us and got down on one knee! It definitely took me back to our first moments and was the perfect setting to tell of our relationship. All of the trips we have taken as a couple over the last four years have been to different national parks or anywhere scenic like Yosemite and Hawaii."
Lauren told me they hadn't done a photoshoot before and that Kyle isn't one for selfies. I was planning on coaching him to get him comfortable, but he came prepared!! Before the shoot, he researched how to pose and was a total natural in front of the camera.
Lauren and Kyle are a great couple, and after one session with them, I could see just how much love they have for one another.
